Get your marketing sh*t
together
Some teams need a plan. Some need hands. Most need both and don't have time to figure out which.
Good
intentions
don't
build
pipeline.
The messaging has been "almost finalized" since Q1
The customer story exists. In a Google doc. From last year.
The agency is running but nobody's sure what they're getting for it.
Everyone has a different answer when asked what makes you different.
To win pipeline, you need to nail all this. That's where I come in.
A few things I've learned
Shipping fast feels productive until you realize half of it isn’t working. There’s a real difference between moving quickly with a plan and just staying busy. The former contributes to revenue. The latter clutters a project management tool.
Bringing in someone senior costs more, sure. But it also means the work gets done right the first time and you're not spending half your week managing the person you hired to help you. Always worth it.
A lot of teams end up with three agencies, two freelancers, a spreadsheet nobody updates, and no clear picture of what any of it is actually doing. That’s a direction problem, not a vendor problem.
Don't take my word for it
“She quickly got up to speed on a complex product and market, and consistently pushed beyond surface-level answers to get at what actually mattered for our messaging and customer experience. Maylee brings strong judgment and has a real ability to create clarity when things are still evolving.”
- Emilie Berthiaume, Marketing Executive
“Maylee is a magnet for hard problems, and solves them efficiently and independently. A skill that is rare and valuable.”
- Chris de Jong, VP Marketing, Portless
"Maylee made the content process feel easy and dependable from start to finish. She really listened to our briefs and feedback, then delivered clear, useful articles that hit the mark."
- Gabrielle Naguib, Senior Product Marketing Manager

Two ways in.
One standard.
01
Project
work
"We have a specific thing that needs to get done and nobody with the time or seniority to do it."
Could be a content push, a launch, a round of customer stories, cleaning up what the agency left half-built, or whatever's been sitting on the list longest. We scope it, I own it, we get it done.
02
Embedded support
"We need someone senior in the mix on an ongoing basis but we're not ready to hire."
I work inside your team on a retainer basis, keeping marketing moving without needing to be managed. Minimum 5 hours a week because anything less isn't actually useful.
Starting at $3,750 usd/month
Not sure which fits? Tell me what's going on and we'll figure it out.

Hi! I'm Maylee
I've worked across B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer brands, and I ramp up fast regardless of the context. I dig past the surface before I touch the work, because the stated problem and the actual problem are usually different things. I've led teams and worked inside them, so I know how to slot in without creating more work for the people around me.Outside of work, you can find me sipping on my daily iced matcha and trying to wrangle my toddler.
